Attention Contest Directors
If you sanctioned an event between the
dates of September 1 and December 31,
2003, your AMA membership renewal
notice will not reflect credit for that meet.
You can renew two ways, one of which
is to do it now and pay the full fee. Or you
can run the event, and when you send in
your contest-report form, attach your
renewal notice and include half of the cost
indicated on the notice.
If an election is being held in your
district, remove the ballot, vote, and drop it
in the mail. This is a postcard, and AMA
pays the postage. MA

AMA Membership Renewal
Annual renewal notices (along with
ballots) were mailed to all current AMA
members in mid-September. If your
membership was prepaid for 2004, your
notice indicated that, and your card was
mailed in October.
Payment must be received no later than
December 15, 2003, to avoid missing an
issue of Model Aviation and liability
protection at the beginning of 2004. Please
allow three to four weeks for receipt of
your card. MA
