The new LittleScreamers
JetScreamer (item MMC5156) Ducted
Fan Outrunner comes with a 21mm
adapter and is suitable for most Speed
400-class fan units. The motor is rated
at 5100 Kv (rpm/volt), weighs 50
grams (13/4 ounces), and has an
output of 130-290 watts.
The total length of the motor and
adapter (face of mount to rear of
motor shaft) is 54mm (25/16 inches).
The adapter diameter is 21mm (13/16
inch), and its length without the shaft
is 22mm (7/8 inch). The motor output
shaft is 3mm.
The MMC5156 motor has the
21mm adapter preinstalled and ready
to assemble in the XF-Fan (item
ETH550) 56mm fan (available
separately). The cooling is
exceptional; the motor is completely
exposed in the exhaust air of the fan.
The motor will spin the fan at
approximately 46,000 rpm on a threecell
Lithium battery and draw less than
14 amps. With a four-cell battery the
rpm exceeds 60,000.

Anyone can learn to fly RC aircraft
with the proper training, and RC flight
simulators can give you that training.
RC flight simulators are a good way to
start this hobby, but they should not
be confused with programs like the
Microsoft Flight Simulator.
RC flight simulators simulate “flying
by remote control,” which means the
pilot is on the ground looking at the
aircraft. Given time and patience, the
controls become instinctual and you
do not even think about what to do;
you will just fly.
This flight simulator module is
designed for children and beginners.
All you have to do is link this flexible
flat cable to your computer and RC
transmitter and run the FMS flight
simulator software package, and
you’re ready to enjoy your flight and
improve your skill to prevent crashes
in the future.
This module is not supplied with
the simulator software package. You
may visit http://n.ethz.ch/student/
mmoeller/fms/down.html and
download it to suit your computer
system. Cable modules are available
to fit most popular transmitters and
are now available at your local dealer.

The .52NX (item EVOE0520) is the
same size and weight as ordinary .46-
size glow engines, but packs more of a
punch. Its displacement of .52 cu. in.
provides sport models with plenty of
get-up-and-go without adding weight.
Since this is an Evolution engine, it
has SetRight needle valves that make
adjustments easy and take all the
guesswork out of operation. True ABC
construction, including a brass liner
coated with chrome plating, withstands
abuse and provides long-lasting
performance.
The .52 NX has a displacement of
.52 cu. in., a bore of 22.4mm, a stroke
of 21.5mm, and weighs (without
muffler) 14.5 ounces. The crankshaft
threads are 1/4 x 28 SAE, and the
propeller range is 10 x 6-13 x 5.
