History is Happening!

The AMA National Aeromodeling Championships is in its second week as this is being written, and the site is jumping with activity. Milestones are happening by the moment; more than 1,100 participants will converge on the International Aeromodeling Center in Muncie IN for the fun and excitement before the event's conclusion on August 7.

Kyle Woyshins (Port Orchard WA) has swept the Advanced class in RC Scale Aerobatics. Curtis Youngblood (College Station TX) has won FAI for the 16th year in a row in RC Helicopter. Carl Dodge (Richmond Heights OH) has set a record in CL 1/2A Speed with 136.48 mph in the Open class.
