SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI: One of the members of the Springfield RC Club proposed a float-fly and it turned out to be a great event. Russell Rhodes sent in pictures and information.
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: The 49th Mid America Jumbo Squadron held its annual Jumbo Jamboree and as always, it was a great event with many, many models.
This year's jamboree was special to the club because Bud Atkinson, a recently deceased member, was inducted into the Model Aviation Hall of Fame.
