acceleration point overall speeds lower Brian has also working Supertigre 5-36 engine carb S-40 Since crankcase casting intake boss diameter identical both engines carb fits quite easily no modifications required First tests good expected after exhaust timing raised 100 perform ance improved considerably Top speeds now 90-95 mph range engine would seem excellent alternative machineshop 40 modifications would avoid convenience adapting carb square intake other readily-available lightweight Fox 36 Combat Tom Schafer using K&B 58 excellent results Navy Carrier Society Top Ten listing
