Condolences
The father of Associate Vice President Joe Vislay passed away after a long illness. To Joe, Sharon, and the Vislay family, the modelers of District III express their sincere condolences.
RC Short Circuits Scholarship
The RC Short Circuits of Berlin Center, Ohio, have a positive public relations project within the community. The club presents a college scholarship to a student at Western Reserve High School. Bob DeCerbo is the member in charge of the program.

- Plans: Attend Youngstown State University to pursue a degree in education
Flying Aces Club (FAC) Nats
The Flying Aces Club (FAC) Nats, held in Geneseo, New York, are a haven for those interested in Scale Free Flight. This year more than 130 contestants enjoyed the weekend activity. Information and pictures of the FAC activities can be found on the club's website: www.flyingacesclub.net.
I would have liked to show you pictures of the activity, but my camera thought differently. A unique highlight of the event was the marriage of Dan and Carole Kane. Dan and his family have been longtime friends. Best wishes to the newlyweds.
