Marion, Illinois
The Sky Squires RC Club held its annual Fun-Fly/Air Show in Marion, Illinois. Darrell Honey sent in pictures of the event.
Innsbrook, Missouri
The Wright Flyers Model Airplane Club, with assistance from the Phantom Flyers Club, held its 10th Annual Float Fly at Innsbrook Estates and Conference Center, roughly 40 miles west of Saint Louis. Innsbrook is a gated community of 7,000 acres with 70 lakes, 200 permanent homes, and 1,200 weekend chalets.
Dice Cowger sent the information and pictures, which were taken by Dale Evans and Jim Greenwood. Don Vetrone served as the event director and Contest Director (CD) of the float fly.
