Schiller Park, Illinois: Club #1289, the Radio Signal Modelers, held its annual fun-fly at the Schiller Woods Forest Preserve Flying Field outside of Chicago. The event organizers were Mike Reinhart, Don Zeller, and Rick Silva.
Thirty-five pilots arrived early and spent the day flying. Prizes were donated by Jim Schmidt, owner of Strictly R/C hobby shop. Information and pictures were sent in by Ted Noncek.
