SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI: The
Kirkwood Thermaleers again held the Jacob
Lee Catapult Glider contest. This contest
was held on the first Tuesday of each month
from February through September 2007.

Al Zimmer sent pictures from the
warmer days. Members of the Thermaleers,
NX211, and the Breese, Illinois, Sport
Flyers were the contestants. During the eight
months there were 133 entries and they put
up 846 flights.
Final scores were very close and Conrad
Ruppert came out on top only two points
ahead of Ralph Wasser. Phil Baggett placed
third.
