MARION, ILLINOIS: Five clubs got
together to have a great mall show. The
clubs were Rend Lake RC of Mount Vernon,
Illinois; the Sky Squires of Marion, Illinois;
the Fearless Flyers of McLeansboro, Illinois;
the Posey Flyers of Mount Vernon, Illinois;
and the Paducah Aero Modelers of Paducah,
Kentucky.
There were four flight simulators in use
all the time, and many, many models. The
high point of the show was when WW II and
Korea Flying Ace Captain Robert Duncan
showed up wearing his flying jacket.
