On March 20–21, the Paris RC Association hosted the RC Combat Lone Star Nationals at the Paris RC Club field in Paris, Texas. Kelvin McFadden (Rt. 5, Box 53M, Paris, TX 75460; Tel.: (903) 785-9387) was the contest director. The event followed the current Radio Control Combat Association (RCCA) rules for Open and 2610 Scale. Slow, Survivable Combat (SSC) was flown provisionally.
