Dallas Electric Aircraft Flyers All-Electric Fly-In — October 2–3, 2004

On October 2–3, 2004, back at Simons Lake Park in Seagoville, the Dallas Electric Aircraft Flyers (DEAF) hosted its annual all-electric fly-in. The event featured open fun flying, a Scale event, and an Unlimited motor-run AULD (All Up Last Down) contest. On Saturday evening, a local Boy Scout troop sold concessions both days and catered a barbecue for participants. This was a fun event and a strong indication of the future of modeling.
