SYN PLUS fuel from Sig
Manufacturing Company, Box 520,
Montezuma IA 50171; Tel.: (641)
623-5154; Web site:
www.sigmfg.com.
Sig Manufacturing introduces a new
fuel for two-stroke model-airplane
engines: SYN PLUS. It is specially
formulated to meet your needs for a
clean-burning fuel with engineprotection
qualities.
Blended with pure methanol, 99%
pure nitromethane, and Klotz synthetic
racing lubricants, SYN PLUS delivers
maximum power with minimal exhaust
residue. The “plus” is an engine
additive called SG-7 that is blended
into every gallon of SYN PLUS glow
fuel.
SG-7 effectively reduces the
internal working temperature of the
engine without any loss in power or
performance. This reduction keeps
your engine running smooth and cooler
than ever thought possible. Lower
engine temps help your engine run
more efficiently and with less wearand-
tear than at higher levels.
SYN PLUS is available in 5%, 10%,
and 15% nitromethane blends from
your local hobby retailer or direct from
Sig. Item SIGPLUS005—SYN PLUS,
5% nitro—$16.99; Item
SIGPLUS010—SYN PLUS, 10%
nitro—$19.99; Item SIGPLUS015—
SYN PLUS, 15% nitro—$23.99.
