RADIO CONTROL PYLON RACING WOW new racing season getting startedthis should great year first major race will Phoenix Quarter 40 Q-40 Formula still few 1996 contests talk about Im going get soapbox first Since Q-40 started seems though cant get through month considerable amount complaining time someone goes too fast builds another airplane another engine comes out someone panics hear things such must have emergency rules change airplane cant legal etc did event dont think should exist become such mess Texas have races five events use 40-size engine three events flying same speed dilutes events also problem too contests 20 30 season sounds good people attending races close home resulted bad attendance 1997 fewer contests scheduled least 40 size-events eliminated should help matters Since much controversy about Q-40 last year committee has formed intervene never much trouble other events Pylon racers cant seem rely regular rules-change cycle everyone else can event put together
