Midget FAI 15 entries QM five FAI fair considering last-minute addi tion latter event Three FAT contestants came Michigan remainder Pennsylvania Connecticut event run according current rules exceptions No restriction wheel width 2 No requirements cowled engines 3 Course length same AMA Formula PAl rules relaxed allow eligibility suitably-muffled Formula I-type aircraft Also field surveyed
