This month I am taking a shortcut on my column. I'm sorry, but time just flew by.
Below is a copy of the current organizational chart. This shows the number of employees who work for you; in most cases they are full time.
Please note that in some situations we may refer to an area as a department, when in fact there is only one person who is mainly responsible for that area. This sometimes makes it difficult to talk to a person when he or she is in a busy season. I encourage all my employees to answer their voice messages and E-mail messages as soon as possible. If you have problems in this area, I would like to hear from you.
