1991 NMPRA Championship Race
THE BEST of the best in U.S. Pylon Racing met in Irving, Texas the weekend of November 2nd and 3rd for the 1991 edition of the annual NMPRA (National Miniature Pylon Racing Association) Championship Race. The Irving R/C Flyers Association hosted the event. This group has worked closely with the Irving Parks Department to secure an excellent flying facility. To qualify for this by-invitation-only race, you must finish either in the top 10 of the AMA Nationals or in the top 20 percent of your district. Past champions are also eligible, as are officers of the NMPRA. Bob Greer and Scott Kalmus served as Event Director and Contest Director, respectively.
