WITH TWICE as many outdoor events crammed into half the time of the Nats, there's always plenty of action at this three-day affair. Since the site is the best available one in the U.S. for such an activity, the only thing left that could possibly go bad is the weather, which is always of great concern to Free Flighters. But in this twelfth year of the Champs, as in the previous 11, the weather hasn't been at all bad even once.
