Forgotten Fliers?
I realize that the key term in the AMA title
is “Model,” but is this a good reason to nearly
completely ignore those who fly other things?
For example, Zagis or other flying wings, or
other exotic flying objects?

second kit when he was 14 years old. His first model was a Great
Planes CAP 232.
Worth a Closer Look - 2004/09
PA 40 R Ultra Lite
In the past couple years, many CL Aerobatics (Stunt)
competitors have made a move to again try somewhat smaller
airplane designs. A 40-size Stunt model typically has 600-650
square inches of wing area. Most .40-size competition engines that
have been used lately are built in large cases, making them
difficult to “package” efficiently in the smaller models.
