For this month’s column, I had a question-and-answer session with 2014 National Miniature Pylon Racing Association (NMPRA) Championship winner Chuck Andraka. He took top honors at the Q-40 race last fall in Shelton, Washington. His teammate and caller was Duane Hulen, from Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
