THERE IS A pair of new engines aimed at
the Pattern market: the 3M Mintor 1.40 and
the Mintor 1.70. Both are rear-exhaust
engines produced by an Italian company,
and they have been designed, engineered,
and manufactured to meet the needs of
modern F3A models. The manufacturer of
the new engines states:

The meaning and effect of precision
THE PRIMARY INTENT of calling an
event “precision aerobatics” is to illustrate
that there is a requirement for accuracy in
the maneuvers that are performed. You can
find this detail in the AMA Competition
