Focus on Education - 2004/07
THE FOLLOWING is a letter from
Joseph Diaz of the Sanderson Field RC
Flyers in Shelton, Washington. It is a letter
of congratulations to his club. It sounds to
me that this club put on a well-organized,
well-staffed, and well-attended event.

I WAS
FORTUNATE
enough to be a timer
for Juniors in
Towline Glider this
year at the National
Aeromodeling
Championships
(Nats) in Muncie,
Indiana. My friend
Art Ellis had asked
me earlier this year to
help out and I agreed.
I am so glad that I
did!

THIS MONTH’S COLUMN is a little
different. It’s a team-oriented product review
from Scott Hill’s seventh grade class at Indian
Springs Middle School in Indiana. Scott is one
of those teachers who knows the value of
model aviation in the classroom.
