DEAR DISTRICT V MEMBERS: For my
first report for Model Aviation, I will outline
some changes that I hope will be for the
good of District V.

IT’S JULY and I am sitting at my computer
writing a report for the month of November. It
seems very strange because at this time of the
year some of you have put your airplanes
away for the winter, and others are pulling
your airplanes out to fly. It’s also
Thanksgiving this month, so remember to be
thankful for all that you have.
