Guest author explains RC electronic system - 201209
Hi, everyone. It is good to see that you have returned to the “RC Helicopters”
column again this month. Some of you have requested more technical
information within the heli pages here in MA. With that in mind, I want to
introduce my guest author, David Buxton.
Radio Control Helicopters - 2007/08
HELLO AGAIN, EVERYONE. Thanks to all of you who have
been sending E-mails to me. Your input has much to do with this
column’s future direction. I have gotten letters from quite a few of
you, and this month’s story comes to you via one member’s
Internet correspondence.
Radio Control Helicopters - 2010/12
THANK YOU for checking out the
helicopter column. MA’s International Radio
Controlled Helicopter Association (IRCHA)
Jamboree coverage continues here with
some more in-depth information from this
great event.
REVIEW HELI-MAX NOVUS 200 FP - 201209
The fi rst thing you notice when you open the box is that the Novus 200 FP is
a large helicopter compared with previous Novus models. I have owned all of
the other smaller, micro-size Novus machines and the new 200 FP is much
larger.
RC Helicopters - 2012/10
There was tight competition at the XFC
Hello, and thanks again for stopping by. The end of 2012 is fast approaching.
For me, one of the highlights of each fl ying season is the Extreme Flight
Championships (XFC). It is great to see all of the top pilots wringing out the
latest top-level machines. The XFC is a 3-D contest that combines RC Giant Scale
airplanes with helicopters. I was fortunate to make it to this year’s event. Incredibly,
the pilots’ skills continue to improve each year.
