I recently returned from the spring
Executive Council (EC) meeting in
Muncie, Indiana. For those of you who
aren’t familiar, the EC is composed
of the AMA president, executive vice
president, district vice presidents,
executive director, and the National
Aeronautic Association president. We
meet quarterly to conduct the business
of the Academy and our members.

In January, I attended the AMA Expo and Executive Council meetings in Ontario, California. As a born and bred Midwest guy, I wouldn’t have bet money that the temperatures in much of my district were warmer than they were in southern California while I was out there. Talk about being lucky, huh?
