Happy New Year! In a few days, the
Executive Council will be meeting
during the AMA Expo in Ontario,
California. If you plan to attend the show
January 9-11, the council meeting will be
held Sunday morning and is open to all
AMA members.

AI am writing this, the “view from
HQ” is not looking very nice right
now. It’s cold and rainy, and
tomorrow isn’t supposed to be any better.
I hope during the holiday season you have
an opportunity to be with friends and family.
The New Year will soon be upon us, and with
it the challenges it brings to everyone.

November is the month in which we
celebrate Thanksgiving and the
beginning of the holiday season.
It’s the time of year of family and friends
coming and going, the true realization of the
year coming fast to a close, and the
awareness that a new year is soon going to
be here.

View From HQ - 2009/10

October is the month that keeps us on
our toes regarding the upcoming
holiday season. It offers enough
still-warm weather that those in the northern
areas can still slip in a few more flying days
before the crush of winter and the building
season begins.
