It may be difficult to get in the flying time
we all want, so there is an attraction to flying
indoors in warm comfort with no wind. Such
was the case at the Clearview Field E-Fly
event at the spacious Hartman Arena in Park
City, Kansas, just north of Wichita, Kansas.
Ken Stitt and his able assistant, Kim Walker,
are the lifeblood of this event and are
gracious hosts to all who attend.

ANOTHER AMA EXPO has passed and it
keeps getting better. Lora Knowlton does a
great job of organizing the event for AMA
and your enjoyment.

ONE OF THE most successful programs that
AMA offers is the TAG (Take off And Grow)
program. Here’s how TAG works: clubs
apply to host a TAG Model Aviation Day and
are provided with a complete program
“requirements and guidelines” document to
use as a guide. This document includes ideas
on promoting and advertising your event as
well as an outline of possible activities.

ARVADA ASSOCIATED MODELERS
(AAM) in Arvada, Colorado, puts on a
spectacular mall show every year. Betty
Shuster, Rosa Smith, and Terry Steinborn
filed this report chronicling this year’s event.
