The JR Indoor Electric Festival is on the top of my list of favorite indoor events to attend. Terry Nitsch and his crew do a wonderful job of organizing this first-class event. I am not sure how they pull it off, but it gets better every year!
Micro-Flying - 2010/05
THE JR INDOOR Electric Festival is a favorite event of mine. I
was still winding down from the NEAT (Northeast Electric
Aircraft Technology) Fair and the Keystone Electric Indoor Fly,
so I was not sure that I would make it to the 2009 JR event in
November.
RTF micro aircraft are easy - 2012/07
Fortunately, for fans of micro
aircraft, the micro segment of our
hobby continues to grow at a fast
pace. We have so many wonderful
choices in RTF micro aircraft today—
from 3-D aerobatic models, to easy-tofly,
two-channel airplanes.
Micro-Flying - 2008/05
AT LAST YEAR’S JR Indoor Electric Festival held in Columbus,
Ohio, I experienced my first successful water takeoff and landing
with a micro aircraft! Fly RC Editor Thayer Syme let me fly his
beautiful Micro Drake II amphibian.

The latest Keystone indoor electric fly-in
THE SECOND ANNUAL Keystone Indoor
Electric Fly (KIEF) was held October 16-18,
2009, in Muncy, Pennsylvania. The Muncy
Indoor Flyers hosted the event; President
Anthony Minnella, Vice President Ron Angle,
event CD Mark Vukmanovich, and all of the
club volunteers did an outstanding job of
organizing and running this wonderful indoor
get-together.
