IF YOU GO BACK and take a look at the
District IX March column, you’ll notice that I
snuck in a few words and a picture of my
Slow Stick camera set-up with corn walker
John Wells. Little did I know this would set
off a flurry of innovative improvements using
an FMA Co-Pilot by club member Mark

District IX - 2006/04
IF YOU REMEMBER from last month, I
am going to take some of my precious space
to write about the 2006 marketing plans. As
you might recall, my background is in
marketing with Sprint. It didn’t take our
president, Dave Brown, long to ask if I
would chair the Membership Development
Committee, also known as the Marketing
Committee.

Summer is here and I sure hope you
are getting to the field to enjoy some
super flying! I’ve been trying my best
to make it out to the field at least once a
week, but somehow “honey dos,” work, and
AMA issues seem to crop up at the last
minute.

of my longtime favorites is RC Report. Stu
Richmond is one of Gordon’s contributing
