District XI - 2012/03
Flying Sites: One of the chief reasons
for belonging to a club is to have a
place to fly. After you have a place to
fly, the trick is to keep it. This applies
to all sites whether they are privately
owned or public land with authorized
flying.
District XI Report - 2012/06
There are several events in western
Washington each year that are worth
attending. One of these is the Bell Air
Big Bird in Bellingham, which has been
held 22 years and will happen again
this year on June 2 and 3. This event is
sponsored by the Bell Air R/C Flyers.

District XI Report - 2012/05
In February, many modelers from
District XI gathered at the Northwest
Model and Hobby Expo at the
Washington State Fairgrounds in
Monroe. There was a huge swap
meet, a large group of vendors, as
well as demonstrations and contests
throughout the weekend, including
RC Acrobatic flying, battling robots
(Saturday), a model boat pond, model
trains, RC car races, and model tank
competitions.
