District V Report - 2005/04
I ATTENDED my first Executive Council
meeting at AMA Headquarters in Muncie,
Indiana. While there, I met with AMA’s new
Executive Director, Don Koranda. I was very
impressed with this man! He has a
tremendous background in the operations of
an association such as AMA.
AMA News: District V-2007/12
OUR FINAL Jamboree of the 2007 season
was hosted by the North Alabama Radio
Control Association (NARCA) near
Huntsville, Alabama. Ernie Duffy was the
organizer and event director, and he enlisted
a great group of club members to put on the
Jamboree.
District V - 2010/07
HI, AGAIN. This will be my final column
as your AMA District V vice president (VP).
AMA has hired me to take over the position
of AMA Flying Site Assistance Coordinator.
This is a result of the reorganization of the
program at the direction of the Executive
Council.
District V - 2008/09
WITH SUMMER in full swing, that means
it is Nats time! I hope to see several of you
at the Nats this year.
We have an Executive Council meeting
on the weekend of July 26-27 and I will get in
early to take in some of the Nats. If you have
never attended, it is really something to see!
Flying Site Assistance- 2010/08
HELLO, EVERYONE! I am Tony
Stillman and I’m AMA’s new Flying Site
Assistance Coordinator (FSAC). You may
recognize me as the former AMA District
V vice president (VP). I have served in
that role since 2004.
