Control Line Aerobatics - 2010/03
Electric project report
I LIVE IN the Northeast and the weather
has not been so good of late, so a flight
report on the retrofitted Genesis Extreme
will have to wait awhile. The concept of the
rear bearing support I have written about in
this column works extremely well in actual
use, as evidenced by Crist Rigotti’s work
with his similar system, which flew most of
the past year and has been flown repeatedly
in competition, with great success.
Modeling Spoken Here - 2007/10
This is an editorial I have wanted to
write for MA for several years. I have
finally been able to bring onboard as
a columnist a man whom I consider to be not
only among the smartest people I know, but
also one of the most model-airplane-savvy
individuals I’ve yet to meet
Repairing the Crossfire Extreme - 201209
When I left off last time, I was
in the middle of the repairing/
refi nishing process of my
Crossfi re Extreme. In that column, I
indicated that refi nishing an existing
model is really not much less work than
simply building a new one. I’d like to
verify that notion here and now!

Modeling Spoken Here - 2007/08
Nothing in the aeromodeling world
is more intriguing and exciting
than the sight and sound of a
multiengine model airplane flying. Perhaps
it’s the fact that not too many of them are
seen on a regular basis. More likely it’s
simply an acknowledgement of the effort
and thinking that goes into making a “multi”
work correctly.
