District VIII 2014/01
On October 5-6, we had our annual District VIII Celebration of Flight and Memorial in Kingsbury, Texas. I would like to thank everyone for coming out to the event and supporting the Tri-City Flyers, which hosted it.
District VIII 2013/07
Last month we were in the middle of
proposed state legislation in Texas,
Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas.
Of those bills, only the one in Texas is
still moving forward. The other states
have finished their legislative sessions for
the spring and will not return until the
fall.
AMA News District VIII - 2013/04
On January 10, I flew to the AMA Expo in Ontario, California. This was the first time I had been to any AMA or modeling convention. The convention was well done by the staff and I enjoyed the time I spent talking with the few District VIII members whom I met while I was there.

As I write this, it is New Year’s Day and my first official day as vice president (VP) for District VIII. It is an honor to be the new VP and I look forward to meeting and seeing as many of you as I can.
