NEOSHO, MISSOURI: Terry Bolin sent
in a couple of pictures and comments. He
stated that it was a long and brutal winter. It
was the longest building season he can
remember. Many new models were
completed by his club.

Flyers and the Peoria R/C Modelers
sponsored a static display at the Prairie Air
Show in Peoria, Illinois. The club
members spent two days at the show,
talking to interested people and potential
modelers.

PEKIN IL: Brandy Gaul’s eyes glistened
as her tiny hand shaded her sight while she
watched a model airplane overhead
making loops in the sky. Brandy, 8, of
Pekin, Illinois was one of 174 youngsters
to watch a radio-controlled demonstration
in Dirksen Park, courtesy of the
Lincolnland Model Air Show Team.
District VI - 2006/01
After a talk by club president Denny
Baker about how the transmitter controls
work via the buddy box, the Scouts were
ready to take to the air. In a short time the
Scouts were flying by themselves.
