District II - 2006/10
IN MY July 2006 column I wrote about the
newly revised AMA Introductory Pilot
Program and how we hoped that this new
program would help our clubs become
proactive in promoting model aviation in their
local communities.
President’s Perspective - 2011/06
AMA has moved in new and
exciting directions in the last few
years. Support programs have been
enhanced, member benefits have improved,
and we have taken new directions with many
of our community programs.
President's Perspective - 2009/04
AMA's Web site has become the front door to our organization for many.
My column in the February 2009
MA was a recap of AMA activities
that took place in 2008. Much of
what we did last year was an effort to work
toward accomplishing the goals and objectives
that we’ve begun to define as part of our longrange
strategic plan.
AMA News: District II-2007/04
LAST MONTH’S COLUMN featured a
report on the 2006 Northeast Electric Aircraft
Technology (NEAT) Fair held each fall in
Downsville, New York.
District II Report - 2003/09
WELL, here it is—the beginning of June
and it’s been another less-than-ideal spring
for most of us here in District II. As I sit here
bemoaning the weather, I’m reminded that
last year started out the same way and the
summer gave us some outstanding flying
conditions.
