The Inside Loop - 2011/04
I started scratch-building almost the way
Walt Wilson describes in his article this
month. I tied the ideas that I thought were

entire model, and he makes other suggestions.
Those of you who cook or bake (I like to
bake) understand what it is to work with a
recipe. We learn to do things well by starting
with what tastes good. Building an aircraft from
scratch is sort of the same thing, only with
fewer calories and the nutrition is different.

spectrum radios were coming onto the scene, and the GWS C
gearbox and a Speed 350 motor was the best place to start to
dial in your indoor-arena skills.
The Inside Loop - 2009/06
... an inspiration to me.
A promise between friends is a trust
exercise. When followed through
on, it builds a bond of mind, body,
and soul that is stronger than steel.

The many features
and options make
this elegant slow flyer
as much a joy to look
at as it is to fly
Frightfully Fast Bash - 2009/05
Bountiful racing thrills and sportsmanship in the Mojave Desert

NASCAR stood for, people with hot-rod machines met on
secluded tracks to see whose home-brewed V8 could set the
pace. These drivers used cars that were more than likely the
same ones driven to work or to the grocery store.
