WE ARE ALWAYS looking for examples
of outreach activities in which AMA clubs
or members can engage to enhance goodwill
in their communities. These activities help
raise money for charities and support
worthwhile causes.
AMA News District I - 2009/02
THE DISTRICT officers and I want to
thank the AMA clubs that hosted 2008
district-sponsored flying events. We also
want to thank all the AMA members who
directed and attended these events. A
special appreciation goes out to the pilots
who performed in the noontime air show
demonstrations.
District I - 2006/12
SOONER OR LATER your club may
become involved in a struggle to retain its
most important asset: the flying site.
District I - 2006/07
AMA FUNDS allocated to districts are
used by the vice presidents to pay for
traveling expenses to district clubs, flying
sites, events, and any activities that
promote and ensure the status and growth
of AMA within the district.
AMA News District I - 2007/05
THIS YEAR the AMA District I officers
are planning to partner with selected district
clubs to sponsor flying events. These events
are open to all AMA members without a fee.
