SEPTEMBER 9 AND 10, the Northwest
Soaring Society hosted its 30th annual
tournament.
District XI - 2006/02
A YEAR and a half ago I mentioned in this
column about how a group of modelers in
North Idaho had, in a joint effort, put
together an airplane, radio, and engine for
three young people. The Coeur d’Alene
Aeromodelers, the Farragut Flyers, and the
Post Falls Flyers made a dream come true
for these youngsters.

Fly was June 27-28, 2009, in Wasilla, Alaska.

THE BLACK FRIDAY Snow Fly at the
Mann Lake flying field near Lewiston,
Idaho, was attended by fliers Mike Marsh
and Don Hart. Walt Rozelle came as a
spectator.
