Website lately? Doug Crawford stepped in as
Webmaster in early February and since then
has made some significant improvements to
our site. The club section now has E-mail
contacts and Web site links for all District II
clubs that provided this information during
the club charter process.

INTERESTED in warbirds? The World
Miniature Warbird Association (WMWA) is
an international organization that got its start
in District II not that long ago. Today
WMWA boasts more than 500 members, not
only in the United States but also throughout
the world.

It looks as though
the FAA Notice
of Proposed
Rulemaking
(NPRM) pertaining
to regulations for
the operation of
small unmanned
aircraft systems
(sUAS) in the
National Air Space (NAS) has been
pushed back yet again. The release
date for the NPRM has slipped several
times since it was originally set to be
published in 2010
