AMA News: District VIII-2007/03
IT IS an awesome responsibility to prepare
this column every month. The time slips
away and suddenly it’s time to prepare
another one.
District VIII Report - 2009/10
THE NATS are winding down as I write
this. I enjoyed watching quite a bit of the
sailplane competition as we conducted the
AMA’s summer Executive Council meeting.
District VIII - 2011/02
RICH HANSON and his seemingly
tireless workgroup are steadily working the
FAA/AMA Standards issue on a weekly
basis with numerous trips to Washington
D.C. to visit with the folks at FAA.
Progress continues to be made but that
moving target is hard to pin down, hard to
define, hard to hit, and hard to describe to
the membership.
District VIII Report - 2009/09
MR. MATLOCK and I drove 350 miles to
fly for three hours in a gymnasium in Fort
Worth then came home the same day. Seems
terrible, but boy did we have fun!
