AMA News District IV - 2013/04
On Sunday, June 10, 2012, several members of the Seven Lakes Aero Modelers club conducted a successful day of aviation instruction, model building, and RC flight demonstrations in Pinehurst, North Carolina. More than 50 people, including 12 members of Trinity Christian Fellowship Cub Scout Pack No. 173, enjoyed a great day of learning and model aircraft activities.

The Chesapeake Bay Radio Control Club held a fun-fly on May 19, 2012. Events included Slalom, Looper, ETA, Fast N Slow, Spot Landing, and Soda Can of Aviation. The attendance by pilots, volunteer workers, and spectators was the highest in many years.

THE MINI-DOME in Johnson City,
Tennessee, was the site again for the Indoor
Nats. I attended two days with my good
friend, Cliff Cullpepper. Cliff was a world
of information, which made the event more
interesting to a first-timer.
