SEPTEMBER 11, 2004: The Palomar R/C
Fliers’ annual air show at Johnson Field in
north San Diego County was another huge
success. Local Boy Scout Troop 11 kicked
off the event with the presentation of the
colors (above).
District X - 2006/07

Reno Sparks Control Liners (RaSCaLs).
“Members of the RaSCaLs model airplane
club staged an air show in support of the Tune
In To Kids Fair at Reno’s ldlewild Park on
April 8, 2006. We were assigned to a softball
field which we shared with a group of RC
fliers. Weather was chilly, winds zero, gusting
to two.
AMA News District X - 2007/05
WEDNESDAY, March 7, the East Valley
Aviators (EVA) of Mesa, Arizona, received
AMA’s Leader Club award denoting the club
as District X’s newest Gold Leader Club.
